Dave Monaco is a moss+ross partner, having joined the firm in 2022 after a successful three-decade career as an independent school and non-profit leader. Through his work at moss+ross, Dave aspires to help organizations thrive within the context of their unique mission, vision, and values.
Dave’s career in the education and non-profit space has positioned him as a founder, innovator, and program developer. At two large independent schools (Ravenscroft School, NC, and Parish Episcopal School, TX), Dave launched unique academic programs, spearheaded successful multi-million-dollar campaigns, and informed significant capital construction projects. In Dallas, he has also served significant tenures as a board member for two emergent educational non-profits (KIPP DFW and United to Learn). He is presently a board member of Kentucky Country Day School (Louisville).
A graduate of Hamilton College (BA History) and Teachers College, Columbia University (MAT), Dave is also a Certified Executive Coach via the Center for Executive Coaching.
